Blessed with an open, welcoming, and engaging society, Vietnam is a nation balanced between deeply held traditions and an exploding modernity that make it a uniquely wonderful travel destination. The war is a distant memory and Americans are now appreciated as partners in economic opportunity. Vietnam is more about experience than checklists. Being paddled on a river by a local, taking a cooking class, having a dress or suit tailor-made in a day, relaxing in a hammock in the Mekong Delta, or having lunch in a monastery – these are the activities you’ll cherish from this outing. There are, of course, great sights to be enjoyed, including the Temple of Literature, Halong Bay, the ruins of My Son, and Hue’s Citadel. Add in the best food in Southeast Asia and you have a formula for travel memories to last a lifetime.

Thailand is the foremost jewel of Southeast Asian travel and a great value for American travelers. Blessed with a dizzying array of natural wonders, a welcoming society, a splendid cultural heritage, and a well established tourist infrastructure, Thailand makes for a perfect first foray into Asian travel. This fortnight tour includes the Buddhist temples and imperial wonders of Bangkok, the spectacular natural wonders of the Andaman coast and Khao Sok National Park, the northern capital of Chiang Mai, and the World Heritage sites of Ayuthaya and Sukhothai. And for those extending to Cambodia, add in Southeast Asia’s premier sight: Angkor Wat.
Note: While the Thailand tour is not particularly physically demanding in the typical way, the country is hot and humid, which has an enervating effect. Additionally, at certain times during the tour we’ll be climbing in and out of boats, sometimes without a pier or dock, or climbing up ladders onto boats (snorkeling excursion), climbing up to and through a cave, riding bikes, etc. Those activities require a reasonable level of strength and dexterity - and an adventurous spirit. However, nothing is required on our tours. Travelers may skip any activities they chose and accommodation will be made for them.

Iceland may well be the globe’s premier natural wonderland, with a staggering array of natural spectacle. The diversity displayed on this tiny island nation is breathtaking: geothermal wonders that rival Yellowstone, volcanoes that contend with Java, glaciers that equal Alaska, mountains that match the Alps, and more waterfalls per mile than any area on the planet. Add to that list the potential of seeing the Aurora Borealis and you have an incomparable lineup, all experienced in just over a week. In addition to this symphony of environmental splendor, Iceland boasts a stirring musical tradition, an engaging culture of overtly friendly locals, and a rich literary heritage.

"Welcome. Welcome to Morocco" – this warm greeting, translated directly from Arabic, is what you’ll hear many times each day during your visit. It perfectly captures the genuine spirit of hospitality that defines this vibrant country. Morocco is an ideal non-Western destination for Americans, offering a unique blend of democratic values and a moderate Muslim culture. You’ll find evidence of the nation’s prosperity and progressive mindset everywhere you go, from its well-maintained infrastructure and cleanliness to the absence of the typical "hassle factor" often encountered in developing countries. Come and immerse yourself in the refreshing and welcoming atmosphere of Morocco.

The stunningly picturesque Greek islands have inspired mankind back to the time of Homer. This is nature at its dramatic and visual best. Deep blue seas are contrasted by rugged coastlines, plunging cliffs, golden sand beaches, and isolated coves. The human touch is equally attractive with characteristic “sugar-cube” architecture, blue-domed churches, white-washed monasteries, photogenic windmills, and crumbling fortresses. History has left a footprint as well, providing the ancient archaeological sites of Delos and Akrotiri to be explored. Please join us for our most popular tour.

Egypt, the “Land of the Pharaohs”, should be a bucket-list destination for every westerner. Of all Imprint’s offerings, this is the most “sight-rich” itinerary. The list is impressive and long: the great pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, mighty Karnak Temple, the Valley of the Kings and Queens, the temples of Edfu and Kom-Ombo, and finally, the wondrous Abu Simbel. This is an iconic checklist that can’t be duplicated anywhere else in the world. We also add the amazing experiences of a classic Nile Cruise, an evening of Nubian gastronomy, the great mosques of Islamic Cairo, Khan-el-Khalili bazaar, and more. And, were this not enough, the tour continues with the pre-eminent sight in the region, the hidden city of Petra and concludes in magical Wadi Rum in next-door Jordan.

A tour of Sweden and Norway is a feast for the senses, where old-world charm and jaw-dropping natural wonders come together in unforgettable fashion. In Sweden’s capital, you’ll stroll storybook lanes and be awed by the magnificent 17th-century Vasa ship. We'll sail through Stockholm’s archipelago on a boat tour and see why the city is known as the “Venice of the North.” Then, the journey continues to Norway, where waterfalls thunder and fjords carve dramatically through snowcapped peaks. Ride a RIB boat and explore the Sognefjord, where every turn unveils a view more breathtaking than the last. Oslo impresses with modern cityscapes and Viking treasures, while Bergen charms with its colorful harbor and signature funicular. Along the way, you’ll savor Nordic delicacies, breathe in the pure mountain air, and discover the wonderland that is Scandinavia.

Anyone familiar with Imprint Tours knows we have a passion for the dazzling tapestry of experience, sights, colors, culture, and history of India. Until recently, we have focused on the popular destinations of the north. But the south of India boasts an equally impressive array of “tapestry” highlights. We want to expose our travelers to the great Dravidian temples of Tamil Nadu, the placid backwaters of green Kerala, the impressive palace of Mysore, the unique temple architecture of the Hoysala dynasty, search for tigers in Periyer National Park, and much more. Whether or not you have experienced the cultural intoxication of India’s north, your travel resume is incomplete without adding the wonders of the south.
